Monty is a special dog. He was the first foster dog of our volunteer, Angie Molina, and she did a phenomenal job! Monty came to us from Hillsborough County Animal Services, depressed, blind, ready to die, and needing one of his eyes removed. Thanks to Angie, after his surgery, Monty came out of his shell and blossomed. Bob and Fran Wolk saw what a special little guy he was too, and along with doggie brother, Teddy, adopted Monty and made their family complete (Teddy is Monty’s best friend, constant companion and protector!). Not many dogs in Monty’s condition get an opportunity to have this life that every dog deserves!
