Adopted! Adoptables
Adoption process:
1. Email foster home requesting an adoption application, info@dogmarescue.org
2. Fill out our ADOPTION APPLICATION and email back (please know that by filling this out you are not obligated, bound in any way, or guaranteed a dog)
3. Set a time to meet the dog
4. Verification of residence
5. If it seems like a match, place our foster dog in your forever home.
As part of the adoption process there is a vet reference conducted when applicants own other animals(dogs/cats). All existing animals of the applicant must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and have a history of heartworm prevention prescribed or purchased from their veterinarian. If you have any questions regarding this, please ask...we are happy to help.
Dogma Pet Rescue is comprised of all volunteers. We do our best at returning emails in a timely manor, but please understand that we have regular jobs and family obligations that demand our attention also. Sometimes "dog mail" comes last.
All donations help defray the cost of spay/neuters, vaccines, microchips, heartworm preventative, food, and any other veterinary service our foster dogs may need.

Harley: Boxer/Pittie Mix
Harley's huge heart and beautiful spirit brightens everyone's day! Harley is one of our rescue's favorites but :shhhhh: don't tell the other dogs! He was rescued from an awful life of abuse and neglect yet greets every day with a huge Harley smile! He is the PERFECT "Buddy Dog" meaning that he looooves to go everywhere and explore from water play to car rides, pet store visits to hanging out at restaurants, golf cart riding and hiking. If you love to get out and have fun, Harley is your boy! Harley went from being tied to a 4 foot chain, emaciated and sickly to FULL of love, life and energy and thrives off of continuously learning from his pack and fur-parents. Harley does great with most other dogs and even proves to be a perfect match with perfect energies!
Harley is an energetic and super happy yet sensitive boy and adores everyone! He loves to play ball and tug-o-war but end the day curled up next to you. He LOVES to go for long walks and would do great with a family that can exercise him daily. Harley proudly graduated from obedience training at Stillwater Dog Training and loves the discipline. He always heels in a walk, sits at every stop, he also knows down, stay, come, drop, handshake and leave it!
Harley is potty and crate trained and even signals when to potty by tapping at the door. He's good with kids but since he plays like a giant puppy children in the home should be older and with doggie knowledge. Harley will do great in an active home with a experienced dog owner(s). He needs a calm but firm furever parent. Harley loves the comfort of a pack and is good with most dogs with the proper introduction. Despite his love for other furries, Harley is not in favor of cats.
Harley is one of the most deserving dogs of the best home possible and will truly bless your home with love, laughter and smiles! His new home should be committed to giving him exercise, discipline and affection. Adoption Fee: $150. Please review the adoption guidelines listed on our website under the "adoptables" tab. www.DogmaRescue.org Please contact Alison Walter at aawalter13@gmail.com for more information. *Harley is only available for adoption to home-owners*

Cody: Australian Cattle Dog / Border Collie mix
"Perfect" is a word we rarely use in dog rescue ... but if we were to dare use that word, it would be reserved for Cody.
Cody came to us when he was just a puppy and got adopted to a nice man and his son. Unfortunately, they were not able to keep Cody so once again we are searching for Cody's Forever Home.
Cody is VERY dog-friendly, and he is even getting the surly little Italian greyhound mix in the house to run around and play! Cody is housebroken, crate trained and has impeccable house manners. Cody is also extraordinarily sweet and loving, and he gives real hugs. He is a joy to have around.
Cody is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and is on heartworm prevention. His adoption donation is $250. If you would like more information on what a spectacular guy Cody is, please email Amy@DogmaRescue.org.
